Brett Verona. Mr. Verona has been an attorney for more than 25 years, and is a graduate of Tulane Law School. Mr. Verona has focused on assisting public and private companies in general litigation, SEC compliance matters, mergers and acquisitions, and financing through debt and equity transactions, as well as in the public markets under Regulation A or the filing of S-1’s. He has also assisted broker/dealer organizations with securities claims brought by consumers and regulatory agencies.

In addition, Brett has owned and led the operations of a group of 12 franchised MedSpa locations, with more than 100 employees in three states. Mr. Verona played a pivotal role in establishing, directing, growing, and establishing benchmarks for performance. Ultimately, he orchestrated a significant sale of those locations, so that he could focus on his law practice. This business experience has helped Mr. Verona in understanding his clients needs from more than just the legal perspective.
